Privacy Policy

Last updated and effective date: 1.3.2017

Camp Marketing Services, LLC (collectively, "CMS", "us", "we", or "our") created this policy to communicate our firm commitment to privacy. We aim to promote a safe, secure and enjoyable online experience. This policy details our current information gathering and sharing practices for MyOnlineCamp.com and Ryzer.com, as well as any other affiliated sites, digital services, widgets or mobile applications on which an authorized link to this Privacy Policy appears (collectively, the "Services").

CMS is continually improving our websites and other digital properties by adding new functionality, features and products. Because of these changes, changes in the law and the evolving nature of technology, CMS reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time (collectively, "Modifications"). Modifications to this Privacy Policy will be posted at the top of this page designated by the "Last Updated and Effective Date". In certain instances CMS may, but has no such requirement, provide you with additional notice of such modifications to the Privacy Policy. Modifications are effective immediately, so we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you use our Services to make sure you understand our current practices. If any Modification to this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease accessing, browsing, and otherwise using the Services. Continuing to use our Services means that you are consenting to the current Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

The information that we collect from you allows you to use our Services, register for events, camps, classes, reservations, donations, transactions, sales, and/or activities (collectively, "Events"). Individuals and representatives of individuals may provide us information directly or indirectly by registering for an Event or using other Services including Ryzer. For example, you may provide us with your information in order to register for an Event, or a coach or someone who has organized a team may enter your information on your behalf.

We collect information about Registrants on behalf of the organization ("Event Organizer") in which a Registrant is participating. CMS acts as an agent in collecting information from the Registrant for the Event Organizer and produces a variety of reports and notifications for the Event Organizer about Registrants.

You may browse our Services without creating an online account or providing us with your personal information. However, to register for an Event or use certain features and Services such as Ryzer, you may need to create an account or otherwise provide us with information.

The personal information we collect may include first and last name, your email address, a desired password, mailing address, gender, date of birth, grade, payment information such as credit card number, physical or similar health information related to your participation in an Event, and similar information about yourself and/or the Registrant that allows us to process your order, notify you of upcoming events, and/or contact you if necessary.

We use the information that we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. We may use the personal information as follows:

A. To provide our Services to you;

B. To communicate with you about your use of our Services;

C. To provide Services at the request of the Event Organizers;

D. To administer Events;

E. For internal business purposes, such as to better understand our users, to improve our Services, and to generally manage without limitation the Services and our business.

F. For marketing, including without limitation to inform you about Services or Events we believe might be of relevance to you.

Our emails and other digital communications often contain hyperlinks to additional information on our site. We use technology to track how often these links are used and which pages on our site subscribers choose to review.

Information Disclosure

Earning and maintaining your trust is of great importance to us. We consider the collection and protection of your personal information to be a top priority. Consequently, we will not sell your information to third parties. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may disclose or share your personal information and activities with certain third parties without further notice to you, as described below:

A. Event Organizers: When you register for an Event, make a donation, or otherwise use our Services that are fulfilled by third party Event Organizers, you consent to our providing your personal information to the Event Organizers of such event. These Event Organizers are not bound to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. It is important that you review the information collection and protection policies of the Event Organizers of an event prior to providing personal information in connection with that event or related fundraising campaign. You agree that CMS is not responsible for the actions of these Event Organizers with respect to your personal information.

B. Service Providers and Related Third Parties: We may hire third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services (such as analysis, audit, marketing, development, and/or maintenance). Similarly, we may establish system integrations with third parties offering complementary services to ours in order to allow you or Event Organizers to share your information across multiple systems (such as recruiting, compliance, training, evaluation and/or similar systems). These third parties have limited access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf, your behalf, or the behalf of Event Organizers and are obligated to CMS not to disclose or use it for other purposes. In the instance where you specifically request CMS to send your information to a third party by opting-in to an offer presented during the registration process, you acknowledge that CMS and Event Organizers are not a party to any transaction between you and any third party. The fact that CMS introduced or facilitated your relationship with the third party is not an endorsement, authorization, and/or sponsorship by CMS or Event Organizers of the third party. CMS and Event Organizers have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of the third party. You expressly relieve CMS and Event Organizers from any and all liability arising from your use of such third party services. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES. CMS advises you to read and be aware of all third party Terms of Use that apply prior to using their service.

C. Business Transfers and Affiliates: As our business evolves, we may buy or sell businesses or other assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar event, your personal information may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirer of CMS or its assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries in order to help provide, understand, and improve our Services and our affiliates' services, including the delivery of ads. If we do so, our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries use and disclosure of your information will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

D. Third Party Connections: In some instances, you can connect your account to third party services. If you connect your account with a third party service, we may collect, use, disclose, transfer and store information relating to your account with such third party services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, if you connect your Ryzer account with Facebook, we request permission from Facebook to access and store your email address, Facebook ID, and similar information needed to provide you with our Services. We have no control over how a third party connection uses or discloses the personal information you provide to them, or that we provide to them with your consent by connecting your accounts. Consult the third party's information collection and protection policies prior to using the third party.

E. Aggregate and Anonymized Information: We may share aggregate and anonymized information with third parties for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.

F. Compliance with Legal Process: It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information or information about your activities that we collect from you in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process such as in response to a subpoena, whether in the United States or other jurisdictions, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect or defend our rights or property (or that of third parties), prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, or to protect against legal liability.
