2017 Summer Camp
The Wooster Track & Field camp is designed to help each athlete improve in his or her individual event. Coaches will provide knowledgeable drills and techniques to help each athlete to excel. The small group settings will provide personal insight to each athlete.

Entering Grades: 4th - 12th, Boys & Girls
Check-In: 8:30 am - 9:00 am
Time: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Includes T-Shirt & Lunch
Location: The College of Wooster Campus - Outdoor Track
- Learn proper dynamic stretching and cool down routines.
- Techniques that help improve overall speed and agility.
- Event specific training in a small group setting.
- Long Jump
- High Jump
