NOTE:
This Clinic is not designed for beginners. This Clinic is designed to add to the musical foundation that has already been established. Student should typically have at least two years of band experience prior to entering Clinic.

REQUIRED MEDICAL FORM:
Please print out, complete and return the medical information form.

TRANSPORTATION:
Students are responsible for transportation to and from the clinic site, or it may be provided by your school.

ARRIVAL:
Students arrive and register between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.  Check our website (www.demoulin.band) for registration location and look for signs on campus.  The clinic fee, Health Information Form and Photo Release must be turned in at registration.  You may pay by cash, check, or money order.  If your school is paying the tuition, you must bring your check or it must reach our office prior to the clinic.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Lunch will be provided by DeMoulin Educational Clinics.  Students will be given the option two sandwiches provided by a local deli, chips and drink.  Lunch is included in the fee.

SCHEDULE:
Sessions begin with an orientation at 9 a.m. and continue all afternoon and evening until 4 p.m.
Students will receive a complete detailed schedule upon arrival.

DEPARTURE:
The final program and prize presentation will start at 4 p.m.  This program will last approximately 30 minutes.  Parents, band directors, friends and family are invited to attend. The location of the final program will be given during registration.

WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT TO BRING:
Students should wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and wear appropriate closed toe shoes.  Students may also wish to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket for events taking place indoors.  Most of the classes will be held indoors, it is imperative that the students bring sunscreen and drink plenty of water.
Students should bring:  Sunscreen/Aloe, Water Bottle, Spending money, Equipment

Students are expected to bring all their own equipment (flags, rifles, battery percussion, etc.). Front ensemble instrumentalists should bring at least one pair of either Marimba or Vibraphone mallets.  Front Ensemble Instruments will be provided by the host school of the clinic. DeMoulin Educational Clinics will not provide any extra equipment.  Label all of your equipment.  WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ARTICLES.

SUPERVISION AND SAFETY:
The clinic is supervised by the DeMoulin Educational Clinic Staff.  Each student is expected to comply with the standards set forth by their individual schools as well as the Clinic Staff and the school/location hosting the clinic.  All problems that cannot be efficiently dealt with will result in the student or students involved being sent home immediately and no refunds will be made.

Students are not permitted to leave the campus at any time except in case of an emergency.  If a parent must take a student off campus, written permission must be provided and arrangements must be made prior to or during registration.
