UNI Wrestling
Mini-Training Phase Camp
The Mini Training Phase Camp will put wrestlers through a cycle by the UNI Coaching Staff. This will be a hands-on experience as the UNI staff and athletes will be training along side the campers. The training cycle will include technique and skill sessions, weight training, running, hard combat and recovery. We will also work on nutrition, mental focus and preparation for competition, strength training and college prep information. This will be a demanding training phase hitting on all aspects of wrestling training.
