UNI Wrestling
Team Camp
The Team Camp emphasizes team competition in the dual meet format and development of skills in each individual wrestler. The team concept helps athletes compete as a team outside of the often stressful high school seasons. Wrestlers gain competitive experience and learn technique and drills that focus on improving each team.
We will use the current high school weight classes and will have approximately a 10lb weight allowance for the wrestlers.

UNI wrestling camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender) as required by NCAA rules.
