Iowa Region USA Volleyball Beach Tournaments
Annual Iowa Jr. Beach Regionals
Date: Saturday, June 23, 2012
Location: The Sands, 6214 Grand Avenue, Des Moines IA 50312
Just as we offer an INDOOR Regional, we also offer a summer OUTDOOR Regional! This annual event is a huge success...and we've needed to move to the 20 court sand facility (The Sands) to accommodate everyone! This event is a tournament only...and you and your beach partner will get plenty of play throughout the pool play and afternoon bracket. This event is a summer "must do"! Pick your beach partner* now and get signed up!
*NOTE: Beach partners do NOT have to be from the same club team or school, and you don't have to play indoor club at all to play in our summer events. If you do not yet have a USAV membership, cheap summer memberships are available online at www.iavbreg.org.

Event Division: Girls and Boys divisions 12U-Collegiate Level
G12U, G14U, G16U, G18U, G20U and B12U, B14U, B16U, B18U and B20U
If a specific age/gender division does not fill, we will merge divisions for a better experience and event.
Age Divisions:
- Collegiate Level
- 18 and Under Division: Players who were born on September 1, 1992 to present or Players who were born on or after September 1, 1991 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
- 16 and Under Division: Players who were born on September 1, 1994 to present
- 14 and Under Division: Players who were born on September 1, 1996 to present
- 12 and Under Division: Players who were born on September 1, 1998 to present
*If partners do not share the same age division, that's ok, we'll likely place you in the division of the oldest player.
More information will be posted on the Iowa Region website’s outdoor page as the event draws near and each participant will get an email shortly before the event with final event information.
